Hello SUAA Members,
We are just under one month away from the SUAA Fall Meeting of the House of Delegates in Springfield, on Wednesday, October 15th. This year’s event will be hosted at the Inn at 835, 835 South Second Street. (click on the address for a Google Map hyperlink)
As we finalize the lunch menu and other details, we wanted to share the tentative agenda with you all (Attached to email). As you know, the Fall meeting requires a full review of both the 2026 legislative platform and the annual budget. These items will be provided to you in accordance with the SUAA bylaws. The SUAA Fall Meeting also provides delegates with an opportunity to come together and share expertise on topics such as member recruitment, event planning, organizational management, and many other topics. The tentative agenda indicates we will provide you all with time to share with one another and make time to hear directly from you all on the issues that impact a chapter's ability to thrive.
The 2025 SUAA Fall Meeting will also provide you with a first chance to meet the newest SUAA team member, Morgan Puckett. Morgan joins us in the new position of Office Manager beginning Monday, September 29. She is a graduate of a public Illinois University and comes to SUAA with previous experience in collections and healthcare, as well as a teaching assistant role. Her resume is also attached for your information. Welcome Morgan!

Registration and Delegate Certification Ends Wednesday, October 1st, at 8 pm for Voting Delegates.
No changes or substitutions after that date for Voting Delegates.
